Joan's professional life has been the travel industry. She was an owner of a travel agency for 15 years prior to joining Silversea Cruises where she worked for 14 years. It was in 2015 that she joined Reid Travel where she has been servicing her clients ever since. It is her personal travel and the years in the industry that has equipped Joan with knowledge to service her discerning clientele.  Although Joan is knowledgeable in all aspects of travel, her specialty is luxury cruises.
