Julia has worked in the travel industry for over 30 years, designing personalized journeys that are seamless from start to finish. She takes the time to understand each client’s priorities and travel style, guiding them through the planning process with clarity and care. Her focus includes cultural travel across Europe, Africa, and Asia, as well as thoughtfully designed honeymoons and milestone trips. Known for her attention to detail and hands-on approach, Julia supports her clients from the first conversation through their return home. She believes travel should feel effortless — and memorable long after you return.

Janet Pringle

Vice President / COO

Janet has worked in  the travel industry for over 25 years and has an extensive knowledge in  planning cruises, family vacations and custom trips for the most  discerning clients. She specializes in helping people discover the world's most exceptional hotels and unique experiences. Janet is well travelled, and her own experiences are helpful in creating memorable vacations uniquely tailored to each individual. She has helped clients discover new destinations based on their interests of food, nature, and authentic culture. Janet  understands that no detail is too small assuring her clients have no stress while traveling and creating  lifelong memories.

Samantha Montoya

Independent Travel Consultant

Samantha is new to the travel industry, but she is well-traveled and her trips revolve around art, culture, food & wine. 

She completed a Doctorate in interwar British Painting in 2019 from  the University of York, UK.   She has worked in museums in both the  UK and USA, including the Stonewall National Museum & Archives, Norton Museum of Art and Gainsborough's House. 

She received a MA from University College of London, a MLitt from the University of Glasgow and BA from Boston University.   She is the author of Frances  Hodgkins and she has spoken at art historical conferences at the Centre Pompidou, Pallant House Gallery, Paul Mellon Center and Courtauld Institute of Art.

As an art historian, curator and author, Samantha is delighted to work alongside Reid Travel co-owner, Julia Shore. 

Natalie Johnson

Independent Travel Consultant

Natalie joined Reid Travel in 2005 after twenty years in the corporate world. For the past 17 years, Natalie has participated in agent educational programs and traveled to various parts of the world. She is a seasoned travel professional and a seasoned traveler, too. Natalie loves nothing more than turning her clients’ dreams of a vacation into memories of a lifetime. She specializes in luxury cruises, custom tours, and multi-generational travel. Whether your family trip is for four or 40, rest assured Natalie can deliver a flawless experience as she believes  no detail is too small.

Frances Wood

Independent Travel Consultant

Frances joined Reid Travel in 1989 after years of experience in the volunteer/non-profit world in the mid-South. With over 30 years in travel industry, Frances has amassed extensive travel experience as she was fortunate to host groups on luxury liners around the world.   When it comes to Silversea and Regent Seven Seas ships, Frances knows them intimately.  With her interests and longevity in the travel industry, there isn't an aspect in travel she doesn't know, but her focus is anything on the water.... oceans or rivers around the globe. 

Frances's immense knowledge is an asset not just to clients but to Reid team too.

Barbara Valeriay

Independent Travel Consultant

Barbara Valeriay has been with Reid Travel   since 1993. Starting in the airline industry in the 1970s, her distinguished career as a travel consultant includes an intimate knowledge of luxury cruise lines, hotels and resorts. Barbara's familiarity and experience with myriad cruise lines and resort properties translates into a huge benefit for travelers who appreciate specific details and a wealth of first-hand information when looking for the trip of a lifetime, a family cruise or adventure travel. 

Lisa Haber

Independent Travel Consultant

Lisa has been a travel consultant with Reid Travel for the past 17 years and in travel business for almost 30 years. Before moving to Boca Raton, Lisa owned a travel agency in  Baltimore. She was one of the original cruise chat hosts for Cruise Critic on AOL. Lisa also has written travel articles and cruise ship reviews for Cruise Critic. As a cruise specialist, Lisa has sailed on about 40 cruises, including destinations of the Caribbean, Alaska, the Panama Canal and the Mediterranean. 

Sue Goldman

Independent Travel Consultant

Sue has been a part of the Reid Travel team since 1993. Her many years of travel industry experience at Reid have allowed her clients to travel the world with the confidence that their travel professional has given them the ultimate experience that they deserve. Sue has seen the world by land and sea and the only continent she has missed thus far is Australia, which is at the top of her bucket list. Sue specializes in Jewish Heritage Tours which she personally escorts.

Whitney Roper

Marketing and Independent Travel Consultant

Whitney is a Florida native.  As a student-athlete graduating from Florida Atlantic University with degrees in Business and Marketing.  She started in the travel industry in 2010 and did not have a passport.  That quickly changed as she caught the travel bug.  Whitney has had some great experiences around the globe and through her own travels and the experienced team at Reid. She is working on travel itineraries for young and active as well as unique honeymoon destinations.

Courtney Salcedo

Travel Advisor & Social Media Manager

Courtney Salcedo is a certified travel advisor through ASTA and FTA, specializing in unforgettable family vacations. A proud mom of two and an Army wife, Courtney brings a personal understanding of what makes family travel meaningful and seamless. Having grown up in the travel industry, she has visited more than ten countries and traveled extensively throughout the United States. Courtney combines her lifelong passion for exploration with professional expertise. She offers her clients exceptional service and personalized travel experiences as part of the Reid Travel team. 

Lisa Sunshine

Independent Travel Consultant

Born in California and raised in Denmark, Lisa grew up surrounded by different cultures, traditions, and perspectives—an upbringing shaped by moving around the world with her military family. That experience instilled in a deep appreciation for the richness and beauty that diversity brings to life.

After 33 years as an executive leader in the pharmaceutical industry, Lisa shifted gears and began travel advising—something she's always loved doing for her own family. Planning adventurous vacations has long been a joy of hers, and she's passionate about helping others experience the same excitement and wonder.

Lisa enjoys sending clients to destinations that are a little off the beaten path—places like the Maldives, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Nova Scotia, Singapore, Morocco, Montenegro, Slovenia, and, of course, Scandinavia. She specializes in small, luxury cruises, boutique hotel experiences, and distinctive domestic escapes as well.
